What we collect
When you submit the project-brief form we collect the details you provide: name, company, email, phone, service, budget, timeline and your message. We also collect standard analytics (pages viewed, device, referrer) via Google Analytics 4.
How we use it
We use your form details only to reply to your enquiry and scope your project. We use analytics to understand how the site performs and to improve it. We never sell your data or add you to a marketing list without your consent.
Cookies & analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation and Consent Mode. Non-essential analytics and advertising cookies are set only after you accept. You can decline or change your choice at any time.
Data sharing
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox via Web3Forms, a form-to-email service. We do not share your data with any other third party except where required by law.
Retention
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to serve you and for our records. Analytics data is retained per Google's standard retention settings.
Your rights
