Connecting farms to what they need.
A bilingual explainer film for Hassad and the Ministry of Municipality & Environment — turning a national voucher-and-machinery subsidy system into a film farmers and suppliers instantly understand. Premiered at AgriteQ 2026.
Hassad Food and the Ministry of Municipality & Environment built a support programme that connects Qatar's farmers with approved suppliers — a voucher system for fertilizers, seeds and pesticides, plus a machinery-support scheme. The catch: a multi-party government programme is hard to explain, and it had to land with farmers of every level of tech-comfort, in Arabic and English, on the national AgriteQ stage.
We turned the whole system into two calm, screen-accurate explainer films — so a farmer watching sees exactly what they'll tap, and a supplier sees exactly where they fit.

· The challenge
A government system, made simple.
The programme has moving parts — approved products, live pricing, supplier details, and a one-time unified redemption code. Explained badly, it feels bureaucratic. Explained well, it feels like a service built for farmers.
It also had to work twice: an Arabic-first cut and an English cut, timed to loop on a big screen inside Hassad's AgriteQ booth.

· How we built it
Screen-accurate, farmer-first.
01 — Map the farmer's journey
We scripted the real path: browse approved products, see pricing and supplier details, then redeem a voucher with a single one-time unified code. Every scene answers 'what do I do next?'
02 — One bilingual system
A clean Hassad-green visual language that carries both cuts identically — so the Arabic and English films feel like one campaign, not two.
03 — Animate the actual UI
We animated the real app screens, not stand-ins, so farmers recognise the exact buttons, cards and voucher balance they'll see in their hands.
04 — Built for the booth
Composed and timed for a large-format looping display, with callouts big enough to read across a crowded exhibition floor.
